Terms & Conditions
Last updated 17 August 2026.
1. About us
Vitalija Wellness Studio (“we”, “us”, “the studio”) operates a boutique Pilates, Reformer Tower, Strength and coaching studio based at 12B Unit, Lough Sheever Corporate Park, Mullingar, N91 RY10, Ireland. By creating an account, purchasing a class, package or membership, or attending a session, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Accounts & My Studio access
You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your login credentials secure. Accounts are personal and may not be shared. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or our studio etiquette. Your My Studio area shows your bookings, active packages, credits and safety status.
3. Health & Safety requirements before booking
Before you can book any class or inquire about private sessions, you must complete our Health & Safety onboarding. This includes a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q), a Health Questionnaire, and a Liability Waiver / Health Declaration. A digital signature is collected with your full name, timestamp, waiver version, the exact waiver text you agreed to, and your device user agent.
If any relevant PAR-Q answers indicate a potential health concern, your account will be flagged for review. The studio may contact you before confirming your booking. We may refuse or delay participation where a safety review is required.
You must be at least 16 years old to book classes through your own account. Clients aged 16–17 may be asked to provide parent or guardian consent before attending, depending on the class type. The app blocks booking for dates of birth that indicate an age under 16.
4. Purchases & payments
All prices are displayed in Euro and include applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely through Stripe; we do not store full card details — these are handled directly by our payment provider. Payment may be required in full before a service or programme is activated.
Packages, memberships and single sessions are non-transferable between clients. Private programme credits are service entitlements to attend eligible sessions; they are not stored monetary value. A credit returned following an eligible cancellation does not constitute a cash refund. Expired unused credits are subject to the applicable programme or package terms and our Booking & Cancellation Policy.
Where required by law (for example distance selling regulations), statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
5. Memberships
Where memberships are offered, they are recurring monthly subscriptions that renew automatically each month on your scheduled billing date until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account — access and any remaining credits remain available until the end of the current billing period. Unused credits do not roll over and are not refundable.
6. Credits & validity
1 class = 1 credit. Credits expire at the end of the validity period attached to each package and cannot be extended. The validity periods are:
- Single Classes: 14 days
- First Visit offers: 30 days
- 5-class packs / Flexible Wellness Pack: 45 days
- Hybrid Wellness Pack: 60 days
- 10-class packs: 90 days
Bookings made with intro-offer credits are limited to one intro per category per client lifetime. Private programme credits are separate from group-class credits and are governed by Sections 8–10 below.
7. Private Movement Assessment
A Private Movement Assessment is a separate 60-minute professional service priced at €65. The Assessment is used to help determine the appropriate next step for the client and may result in a recommendation for Private 5, Private 10, group classes, or a deferred outcome or referral.
The Assessment is not medical diagnosis, physiotherapy or medical treatment. The Assessment fee is separate from the price of a Private programme. Specific booking, cancellation and rescheduling rules for the Assessment are governed by our Booking & Cancellation Policy.
8. First Private Programme & Assessment credit
Where the client receives a final recommendation for Private 5 or Private 10 following an eligible Assessment, a €65 Assessment fee credit may be applied towards the client’s first eligible Private programme.
This benefit:
- is available only once per client lifetime;
- has a value of €65;
- is valid for 14 calendar days;
- is restricted to the specific Private programme recommended following that Assessment;
- cannot be transferred between Private 5 and Private 10;
- cannot be exchanged for cash;
- cannot be used towards unrelated services or group-class packages.
Private 5: full programme price €300; first eligible Assessment credit €65; amount remaining when credit is valid €235.
Private 10: full programme price €500; first eligible Assessment credit €65; amount remaining when credit is valid €435.
If the Assessment credit expires before the programme is purchased, the programme remains available at its full price. A later or repeat Assessment does not create another €65 Assessment credit.
9. Private Programmes
Private 5 includes 5 Private 1:1 sessions, priced at €300, with a validity of 56 days from activation.
Private 10 includes 10 Private 1:1 sessions, priced at €500, with a validity of 112 days from activation.
Private programme credits:
- are separate from group-class credits;
- may only be used for eligible Private 1:1 sessions;
- must be used within the validity period of the relevant programme;
- do not have a cash value and cannot be exchanged for money;
- cannot ordinarily be transferred to another client or service.
Returned Private credits following an eligible cancellation remain subject to the original programme expiry date. Returning a credit does not automatically extend the programme validity period.
10. Continuation Programmes
Clients who have already begun an eligible Private training programme may be offered continuation without completing another Private Movement Assessment. Continuation options are purchased at the normal full programme prices: Private 5 — €300; Private 10 — €500.
A continuation programme:
- does not receive a new €65 Assessment credit;
- creates a new Private programme with its own credits and validity period;
- does not add credits to or extend the previous programme;
- leaves previous programme records as part of the client’s history.
11. Bookings, cancellations & rescheduling
All bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, credit returns, booking cut-offs, package validity rules and studio cancellation procedures are subject to the current Vitalija Wellness Studio Booking & Cancellation Policy. Detailed cancellation and reschedule rules — including the notice periods that apply to group classes, assessments and Private 1:1 sessions — are set out in that policy and are not duplicated here.
12. Health & participation
You confirm that you are physically able to take part in our classes and have disclosed any relevant health conditions, injuries, pregnancy or changes in health to us before participating. You take part in classes at your own risk and agree to follow instructor guidance at all times.
13. Studio operational changes
We may make reasonable operational, timetable or instructor changes where necessary, including changes to schedules, instructors, class formats and pricing. Any studio-initiated booking cancellations or credit treatment remain governed by our Booking & Cancellation Policy. We may refuse entry, suspend or terminate access for behaviour that compromises the safety or experience of clients or instructors, and we reserve the right to refuse or delay participation where a health and safety review is required.
These rights do not give the studio an unlimited unilateral right to change the value of a paid programme, prices already paid, or any statutory client rights.
14. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected class, package or membership.
15. Statutory rights
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to limit or exclude any rights available to you under applicable Irish consumer law. Where any clause in these terms conflicts with a non-excludable statutory right, that clause is read subject to that statutory right.
16. Data protection
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This includes health and safety data you provide during onboarding, which is treated with appropriate safeguards under GDPR.
17. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland and any disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
