Booking & Cancellation Policy

Our policies are designed to keep classes calm, well-attended and fair to every client.

Health & Safety before booking

  • All clients must complete our Health & Safety onboarding before they can book a class or inquire about private sessions.
  • The onboarding includes a PAR-Q, a Health Questionnaire and a Liability Waiver / Health Declaration.
  • A digital signature is collected with your full name, timestamp, waiver version, the exact waiver text you agreed to, and your device details.
  • If any relevant PAR-Q answers are flagged, your account may show “Health review required.” The studio will contact you before confirming attendance.

Age eligibility

  • You must be at least 16 years old to book classes through your own account.
  • Clients aged 16–17 may be asked to provide parent or guardian consent before attending, depending on the class type.
  • The app blocks booking for dates of birth that indicate an age under 16.

Booking a class

  • All classes must be booked in advance through your client account.
  • 1 class = 1 credit, deducted at the moment of booking.
  • Please arrive 5–10 minutes before class start time.
  • Late arrivals may be refused entry for safety and to avoid disrupting the class.

Cancelling or rescheduling

  • Cancellations and reschedules must be made at least 12 hours before class start time.
  • Cancellations made within the 12-hour window forfeit the class credit.
  • No-shows forfeit the class credit in full.
  • This window applies equally to packages and intro offers.

Waitlist

  • If a class is full, you can join the waitlist at no charge.
  • If a spot opens, we will email you automatically with a “Book My Spot” link.
  • A place is not confirmed until you complete the booking via the link.
  • You can leave the waitlist any time before the class.

Credit expiry

  • Each package has a validity period stated at the time of purchase.
  • Unused package credits expire at the end of that period and do not roll over automatically.
  • In exceptional circumstances such as illness, travel or personal reasons, package validity may be extended at the studio's discretion if the client contacts us in advance.

Package validity periods:

  • Single Classes: 14 days
  • First Visit offers: 30 days
  • 5-class packs / Flexible Wellness Pack: 45 days
  • Hybrid Wellness Pack: 60 days
  • 10-class packs: 90 days

Memberships

  • Where memberships are offered, they renew automatically every 30 days until cancelled.
  • Cancellation can be made any time before the next renewal date from your account.
  • Cancellation stops future renewals — access and remaining credits continue until the end of the current billing period.
  • Monthly membership credits reset each cycle and do not roll over.

Refunds & statutory rights

  • Packages, memberships and single sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Where required by law, statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
  • If the studio cancels a class, the class credit will be returned to your account.
  • If a client cancels within the allowed cancellation window, the credit is returned automatically.
  • Late cancellations and no-shows result in loss of the class credit.

Nothing in this policy excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Studio schedule changes

  • Class times, formats or locations may occasionally be adjusted when necessary.
  • Any important schedule changes will be communicated in advance whenever possible.
  • If the studio cancels a class, the credit will be returned to the client's account.

Client responsibility

  • Please disclose any injuries, health conditions, pregnancy or changes in health before class.
  • Follow instructor guidance and use the equipment as demonstrated.
  • Treat the studio, equipment and fellow clients with care and respect.

Studio rights

The studio reserves the right to update this policy where reasonably necessary, and to refuse, suspend or end access for behaviour that compromises the safety, wellbeing or experience of clients and instructors. We may also refuse or delay participation where a health and safety review is required.
