Account deletion

You can request deletion of your Vitalija Wellness Studio account at any time. We handle every request manually so we can confirm your identity, refund any eligible balance, and meet our legal and health & safety record-keeping obligations.

How to request deletion

If you have an account, sign in and open your profile page. Scroll to the Delete my account section and submit a request. A member of our team will review it and be in touch.

If you can't sign in, email info@vitalijawellness.com from the address on your account.

What we delete

Once a request is approved we remove the personal information that is no longer needed to run your account: your profile details (name, phone, date of birth, emergency contact, health notes), your sign-in credentials, your marketing preferences and any saved Stripe customer reference.

What we may retain

Certain records may be retained for up to 6 years where required for legal, accounting, insurance, health & safety, dispute or legitimate business purposes. This typically includes paid invoices, signed waivers, PAR-Q and Health Questionnaire responses, and a minimal record of past attendance. These records are kept securely and used only for those purposes.

Timing

We aim to action all valid deletion requests within 30 days. We may contact you first to confirm your identity, settle any active booking or active membership, and explain anything we are legally required to keep.

Cancelling a request

You can cancel an open deletion request at any time before it has been actioned by replying to the confirmation email or contacting us at info@vitalijawellness.com.
